These Terms govern use of the SXS MAYHEM website and purchases made through the store. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked on the website.
Products and fitment: Product information and fitment details are provided by manufacturers and suppliers. Customers are responsible for confirming the year, make, model, trim, and compatibility before ordering. Contact us before purchase if fitment is uncertain. Product images may show optional equipment or colors not included.
Orders, pricing, and availability: Prices, promotions, specifications, and availability may change without notice. We may correct errors, request additional information, limit quantities, or cancel and refund an order that cannot be fulfilled. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of the order and does not guarantee supplier acceptance or availability.
Supplier fulfillment: Products may be fulfilled and shipped by third-party manufacturers or suppliers. Separate shipments and supplier-specific processing, return, warranty, and restocking rules may apply.
Proper use and installation: Off-road and performance products must be installed and used safely and in accordance with manufacturer instructions and applicable laws. Professional installation may be appropriate. The customer is responsible for vehicle condition, installation, maintenance, and lawful use.
Payments and fraud prevention: Payment information is processed by authorized payment providers. Orders may be reviewed, held, or canceled to prevent fraud or unauthorized transactions.
Intellectual property: The SXS MAYHEM name, branding, site content, and original materials may not be copied or used without permission. Third-party product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Limitation: To the fullest extent permitted by law, SXS MAYHEM is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site, delivery delays, product installation, or misuse. Rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.
