Shipping destinations

SXS MAYHEM accepts shipped orders to eligible addresses within the United States only. Availability of a shipping service depends on the product and destination.

Supplier fulfillment and separate shipments

Products may ship directly from manufacturers or fulfillment partners rather than from our Michigan business address. Orders containing products from different suppliers may arrive in separate packages, with separate tracking numbers and delivery dates.

Shipping charges

For eligible products where these options are offered at checkout, Standard shipping is $8.00, with free Standard shipping at a qualifying order amount of $70.00 or more; its estimated transit time is 3–5 business days. Express shipping is $15.00 with an estimated transit time of 1–2 business days. Processing time is additional. These options and the free-shipping threshold do not automatically apply to supplier-calculated shipments, freight or local-pickup products. Mixed orders may include additional supplier shipping charges. Review the final shipping methods, total charge and delivery estimate at checkout before paying.

Available shipping methods and charges are shown at checkout before you pay. Supplier shipping rates are calculated for the products and delivery address in your order. Separate shipments can have separate charges included in the checkout total. A supplier’s direct-store free-shipping promotion does not automatically apply to an order placed with SXS MAYHEM.

Oversized, heavy, hazardous, or restricted products may require a freight service or may be unavailable to some addresses. If the quoted shipping service cannot fulfill your order, we will contact you to explain the available options. We will not charge an additional shipping amount without your approval.

Processing and delivery estimates

Processing time varies by supplier and product. Made-to-order, custom, and backordered products may require additional preparation time. Review the product information and any estimated delivery dates shown at checkout. If you need an item by a specific date or a processing estimate is not shown, email us before ordering so we can confirm availability with the supplier.

Processing time is the time before an order ships; transit time is the carrier’s time after shipment. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Supplier or carrier delays, weather, and address issues can affect arrival.

Tracking and address changes

Tracking details are provided as shipments are fulfilled. Check your delivery address before completing checkout. Email us immediately if a correction is needed; an address change or cancellation may not be possible after the supplier starts processing or ships the order. We will explain any carrier correction or redelivery charge before requesting your approval.

Damaged, missing, incorrect, or delayed shipments

Inspect your shipment on arrival. Contact SXS MAYHEM promptly at sxsmayhem1@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. For visible damage or incorrect items, include clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label, and retain the packaging. We coordinate the resolution with the supplier and carrier; contact us if tracking stalls or shows delivery but the shipment cannot be located.

Returns and external purchases

Contact us before sending anything back. Return authorization, destination, eligibility, and charges are handled under our return and refund policy. Do not ship returns to our business address unless we specifically instruct you to do so.

Purchases completed through an external supplier checkout, including AMSOIL, are fulfilled under that seller’s shipping and return terms. Your order confirmation identifies the seller.

Published seller shipping information

These are seller-published processing practices, measured after the seller receives and accepts a paid order. They are not a guaranteed dispatch time from the moment you place an SXS MAYHEM order. Product-specific availability, custom production and checkout estimates take precedence.

The Motorsports Factory — Shopify Collective orders

Processing time varies by product and manufacturer. In-stock products generally ship as quickly as possible; TMF has not supplied a fixed handling-time range. Backordered, special-order, fabricated, custom and manufacturer-direct products may have extended lead times. Confirm the product’s current lead time with SXS MAYHEM before purchase when no estimate is shown. Shipping rates and oversized/freight charges depend on the product and destination; applicable charges must be confirmed before fulfillment.

Report shipping damage, missing components, incorrect items or other fulfillment issues as soon as possible after delivery, preferably within 48 hours. Keep the product, packaging and shipping label and take photos of any damage so we can coordinate with TMF, the carrier or manufacturer.

For other sellers or products without a published processing estimate, email us before purchase for a confirmed estimate. Nitro Racing Parts does not have a verified shipping schedule in our current review.

Local pickup and service appointments

Tuff Jug items offered for local pickup do not include supplier shipping. Wait for pickup confirmation and follow the order’s pickup instructions. Local tuning services require an appointment; a service turnaround is separate from carrier transit.
